A spectacular cluster of five homes on 4 acres on the cliff side of Carmel Highlands has come on the market for $52,375,000.

“I’ve never seen anything like this,” listing agent Tim Allen with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury says of the spectacular property in California's Monterey County. “Rarely does an opportunity come up for four properties in a row.”

Owner Gary Vickers began with one parcel over a decade ago, and slowly purchased adjoining properties as they came up for sale. There are now four lots with five homes, one of which he bought less than a year ago. The final and most recent addition in September 2018 was a notable purchase—the home was featured in the movie “Basic Instinct.”
